All available shipping methods and charges can be viewed and selected during the checkout process prior to entering payment information.
During checkout you will see the total price in Canadian Dollars before you place your order; including taxes, shipping and handling charges and any discounts that may apply. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian Dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days of processing your order excluding weekends and holidays (exceptions may be noted on individual items via email or telephone).
We make every effort to keep you informed about orders that may take a little longer than normal to ship.
Tracking numbers are emailed to you and can also be viewed by logging into your account on "My Account" page of our website.
Delivery time and tracking of your order (once accepted by the shipping carrier you have chosen) can be viewed on their perspective websites.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Anchor Fabrics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Order change requests can be done prior to an order being picked up for shipping. We suggest phoning us immediately at 905-535-4044 as this is time sensitive. Please leave a message letting us know you need to request and order change.
Once an order is picked up by the shipping company we will contact them on your behalf to inform them of your request. If this change can be made it will incur a $25.00 fee. The order processing time is not calculated in the shipping time frame.
We will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside Canada. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund.
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to your order after it has shipped.
When Canada Post is chosen as your shipping method to a US address, they handle your shipment until it gets to the US border. Then it is transferred to United States Postal Service to complete the shipment within the United States.
